05/04/2026@936AM I'm not sure of the name of the young person with ginger hair that served me. But my visit was spectacular. I was greeted, offered a test taste inside( as I mentioned it being my first visit), I kindly declined as I was in a time crunch. However, I was offered the best tea on the menu and directed to download the app, in which I'm doing now. I ended up with an HUGE Crisp cup of unsweet coconut, unsweet peach ginger, unsweet mint, and green tea. Next time I'll try the unsweet lemon lavender without ice... 😉

I love HTeaO locations I always enjoy the visits when I make my way to one. This time however was not a great visit, I know some places have bad days or maybe sometimes something just doesnt go right. That was the day I went to this location. The ice machine was not working, wasnt pushing ice out, then some of the tea fountains where not functioning right. I want to think they have like a movement to keep the teas stirred and tasting fresh, but some machines did not have that movement going and it sure did taste like it. I hope it was just a hiccup day, and other days they run great. Like i said its a great location, it looked clean everthing was ok. It was just some teas did not have that HTeaO standard.

So delicious and such an experience! They have many different tea options to choose from (decaf, sugar free, unsweetened, flavors) and they allow you to sample all of them before mixing what you want. They also have that delicious pellet/ sonic ice. Place was super clean and not sticky too. I have been back 4x this week alone after my first time!

We came here for a couple of drinks. It looks like they are a little short staffed. It looks like they took out some. Tea stations. The associate that rang us up was very helpful and friendly. This place is wheel chair friendly. I had a little problem seeing the sign where to turn into this business Bushes blocking the sign. It's needs to be cut back . Overall a decent experience 👌

We visited at 8:30 on a Sunday. The gallon supply ready made was light but it was close to closing time so that was understandable. We were still able to get mixed gallons with the tea we wanted. I would love to see a zero version of the Texas chi for fall or an unsweetened version. Pretty please! Staff were very nice. We noted that the closing time is five minutes after 9 every day from May-August, but September the hours Chang to close at 8:05.
